You are invited to learn more about what is planned for the former MoD Site, Ely

Paul Lukach, Executive Director of the Crime Victim Center of Erie County, is the first to admit it: he and his employees don’t pride themselves on being technology savvy.

You are invited to learn more about what is planned for the former MoD Site, Ely

For almost 40 years, the former MoD site in Ely has been a familiar landmark with families in the city.

Children of all ages would be greeted by the red-and-grey RAF spitfire at the entrance to the site while families would descend on the playground that was much-used by families Ely-wide.

The estate holds a nostalgic place in the hearts of minds of many Ely residents, with the adjacent RAF hospital – now named after the Princess of Wales – similarly cherished.

Since acquiring the vacant site in June 2019, Palace Green Homes has commenced phased restoration of the dilapidated buildings so that they become beautiful family homes once more.

We would now like to invite you to an exhibition on site, to learn more about the development planned in future phases. To include:

  • Guided talks around the development that will touch on the fascinating origins and history of the site. Run on an hourly basis.
  • An exhibition of house and landscaping designs.
  • Access to a wide range of experts working on site, from designers to site managers.
  • News on upcoming phases and property releases.
