First residents move in at Haddenham

Palace Green Homes is delighted to announce that the first of our new residents have moved into their homes on the highly anticipated West End Gardens development.

The residents have moved into their properties following Palace Green Homes transferring ownership of the first affordable homes to the Haddenham Community Land Trust on the site near Ely. Contracts have been signed for 19 affordable homes to be transferred to the Haddenham Community Land Trust for local people to rent and purchase.

Designed in collaboration with the Community Land Trust, the community-led development at West End Gardens will ensure that local people are able to live close to their work, schools and family.

At West End Gardens there will be 54 well thought out, two, three and four-bedroom energy-efficient homes, with space to work, entertain and grow. There is a real sense of space within the development, with over 2.5 acres of landscaped green areas, and elevated countryside views.

Palace Green Homes will be inviting private buyers on an appointment basis to view in a Covid secure way from the end of February. Please contact to register your interest.
