Palace Green Homes was established by East Cambridgeshire District Council in 2016 to help address the shortage of new housing across the district. Today we deliver beautifully designed homes to the East Cambridgeshire region – but Palace Green Homes do more than just build houses for a profit. We involve local people in the design of local developments and bring real social and economic benefits to local communities. Through ‘community-led’ development we give residents the chance to shape their neighbourhoods. Profits from our high-quality homes of all tenures are then reinvested back into the Council, helping to fund new infrastructure projects and support local services that benefit residents and businesses throughout East Cambridgeshire.
