From Cambridge / Bury St Edmunds A14
Exit at junction 37 (signposted Ely, Newmarket A142) and follow signs towards Fordham/Soham. After approximately 1.5 miles, go straight over a roundabout and then after approximately 500 yards straight over the next roundabout, signposted towards Fordham and Mildenhall. After 150 yards take the second of two small turnings on the left leading up a long gravel drive with a large lawn on the right. Take the long gravel drive up through the barn conversions and follow it round to the right until you reach two new single-storey office buildings by plot under construction. Palace Green Homes & East Cambs Community Housing are opposite Cam Alarms, next to open pasture.

From Ely A142
Take A142 from Ely follow the road for approx. 5.5 miles until the Fordham turning on the BP garage roundabout. Follow the road through Fordham past the White Pheasant and out onto the Newmarket Road. After about 900 yards, you’ll see Fordham House set back from the main road on your right, behind a large lawn. Take the long gravel drive up through the barn conversions and follow it round to the right until you reach two new single-storey office buildings by plot under construction. Palace Green Homes & East Cambs Community Housing are opposite Cam Alarms, next to open pasture.

In the unfortunate event that part of our service, or your home, doesn’t meet your expectations, our Customer Pledge contains an assurance that we will strive to resolve all issues to customer satisfaction. Our aim is to have purchasers that are happy with their home.

Our aim is to resolve complaints swiftly and satisfactorily and we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and will endeavour to respond further within 10 working days. Complex issues that need a detailed plan of action may take 30 working days but we are often able to deal with enquiries in a matter of hours, or days. Problems concerning warranty issues or build issues should be addressed to Palace Green Home directly. Complaints regarding warranty issues that cannot be resolved by Palace Green Homes directly can be referred for independent resolution to the warranty provider of your new home or under the Consumer Code for Homebuilders.

We will endeavour to resolve the issue to all parties’ mutual satisfaction, however, if your complaint remains unresolved, you can refer the issue to your new home warranty provider, details of which will have been provided to you upon legal completion in your Home Owner Manual or where appropriate you may refer it to the Consumer Code Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme by visiting: www.consumercode.co.uk. Your legal rights are not affected by this process.
