King's Row, Barton Road, Ely


Following Planning Permission being granted in December 2016, construction of our flagship development in Barton Road, Ely commenced in June 2017. The new development, known as King's Row, will consist of six family townhouses and five apartments, two of which will be affordable homes, designed by award-winning architects Haysom Ward Miller. A further one affordable home will be provided elsewhere in the district. Constructors T J Evers (Evers) have been appointed to build the high-quality homes.

The apartments are expected to be completed and ready for occupation in Spring 2018; the houses will follow on and should be ready for occupation in early summer 2018.

All our work will comply with the conditions set out in our planning consent. Permitted hours of operation are 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays, with no work permitted on Sundays or bank holidays. We will also do our best to minimise deliveries to site during busier periods such as on market days and during the school run hours. Please note that the Barton Road car park is still open for use while building works are on-going.
