What information will we collect about you?

You can use the website and most of the services provided through the site without telling us who you are or providing any personally identifiable information. The site will use cookies in some cases to improve the quality of your visit.  It is only when you complete a form that requires personal information, or email Palace Green Homes, that you can be identified.

The legal basis for processing time lapse video information

Palace Green Homes stores and processes video material generated from the time lapse cameras our construction sites.  This is to both inform the interested public about the progress of construction work and also, to be able to produce individual images after completion of construction for creating a time lapse film until the end of the project (e.g. for marketing purposes). The pictures of the construction site cameras are taken in coarse granularity/resolution and from a large distance, so that neither people nor vehicles are zoomed in and could be identified easily.

How we share time lapse video information

Visitors of the respective construction site website only get to see hourly still images and/or a time-lapse film made from that material.

How long we hold time-lapse video recordings

We retain the video material from the construction site cameras for up to 12 months following completion of the construction work.
